We provide four services in the field of broker price opinion.


1. Registering your company to 125+ BPO and REO companies. Turn around time for the registration is 48 hrs.


2. BPO Data Entry: In this service you will need to provide the subject tax records and MLS sheets for the comps. Once we receive the information then we would login to your BPO account and complete the data entry on the order. You will need to do the research and send it to us. We charge $4 per order.


3. BPO Research and Data Entry: In this service all you have to do is provide the MLS access and the BPO company login. We will pull the comps and subject information from the MLS. Once the research is completed then we do the data entry and send to BPO to you so that you can submit the BPO. We charge $6 per order.


4. BPO Management: In this service we would accept the order on your behalf and complete the research & data entry on the BPO order
immediately. We charge $8 per order.

We always complete all BPO's within 6 hrs of Email Receipt. Once the order is completed by one of our agent then the order is quality reviewed and sent back to you.
